The Partnerships Manager provides the main point of contact, liaison and communication for partners in relation to operational oversight and management of the University’s academic collaborative partnership arrangements. The Partnerships Manager provides advice and guidance with regards to quality assurance policies, procedures and regulations for academic partnership arrangements. The Partnerships Manager provides facilitation and support to staff on quality assurance and due diligence matters in relation to new partner proposals received, ensuring that existing partnerships are both established and well managed within the University’s own policies which are aligned with the QAA UK Quality Code. The Partnerships Manager is also Clerk and Secretary to the University’s Academic Partnerships Committee.
The Partnerships Officer will liaise with partner staff to ensure that the enrolment and induction of students on collaborative programmes takes place. The Collaborative Partnerships Officer conducts induction sessions for staff and students at partner organisations, advising on administrative and operational processes and procedures and will remain in close contact with Glyndwr appointed Academic Links and various other members of Glyndŵr and partner staff. The Partnerships Officer oversees invoicing procedures between parties in liaison with the University’s finance department and staff at partner organisations. The Partnerships Officer can assist partner staff with queries and advise them of who they should contact at Glyndŵr.
